The first line from the road, busy places, high car and pedestrian traffic, availability of parking, proximity to shopping malls and business centers, schools, universities.

The premises format:

• Commercial premises on the ground floors of buildings with a separate entrance and an area of 130-250 sq.m.
  
  
• Freestanding buildings with an area of 200-400 sq.m. approximately on a land plot of 8 acres with the opportunity to organize a drive zone and entry-and-exit from major streets
  
  
• Land plots for the installation of modular-type pavilions with a size of 15-200 sq.m. (Almaty and Astana)
