Our ordering platform is simple and practical. Please follow these simple steps:

2 – Enter your address or click the location icon, and your address will be automatically entered according to the place where you are at the moment. Before proceeding, make sure that the icon is positioned correctly on the map.
3 – The website will show you the closest restaurant. Click on the restaurant.
4 – Make a choice in the delivery menu.
5 – Review your order and confirm it.
6 – Make payment by bank card or wire transfer via Kaspi
7 – As soon as you place an order, you will receive a message to your email address with the order number, content, the delivery address, and the delivery price.
Call our delivery service at 7001to inform the Customer Service Center about the missing products. We will arrange the delivery of products as soon as possible.
Certainly, it is possible at any stage. But please make sure you do it as quickly as possible, before the courier leaves the store so that we can make any changes immediately.
